1. Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- The product passes quality inspection after being received at our warehouse
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products are non-returnable
- For such products, returns are not accepted
- Only replacement will be provided in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to verification
- Non-returnable items will be clearly mentioned on the product page
4. Return Verification & Investigation
- All return requests are subject to verification and investigation
- Based on the assessment, a return, replacement, or refund will be approved as applicable
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
6. Damaged, Used, or Improper Returns
- If the returned product is found to be damaged, used, or not in original condition, only 50% of the product value will be refunded
- In case of severe damage or policy violation, the refund request may be declined
7. COD Partial Payment Refund Rule
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 10% partial prepaid amount is mandatory
- If the order is rejected or refused at delivery, the 10% partial payment is non-refundable
