Delivery Policy

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Payment Requirement
- For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial prepaid payment of 10% of the total order value is mandatory at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining 90% amount will be payable in cash at the time of delivery.
- Orders will be confirmed and dispatched only after successful receipt of the partial COD payment.
2. Order Confirmation & Dispatch
- Orders are processed only after payment verification (partial COD or prepaid).
- Once confirmed, the order is dispatched through our delivery partners.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors beyond our control.
3. Delivery Acceptance & Rejection Policy
- Customers are requested to accept the delivery after checking the outer packaging condition.
- If a customer rejects or refuses the parcel at the time of delivery, the 10% partial COD payment will not be refunded.
- This rule applies irrespective of the reason for rejection at delivery.
4. Delivery Completion & Post-Delivery Window
- Once the product is delivered, the order is considered successfully completed.
- Customers are provided a 2-day window from the date of delivery to raise any concerns related to the order.
- All requests raised within this timeline will be reviewed and handled as per policy after verification.
5. Important Delivery Guidelines
- 10% partial payment is mandatory for COD orders.
- Partial COD amount is non-refundable in case of delivery rejection.
- Any issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Final resolution will be provided only after proper investigation.
