2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Payment Policy

  • For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 10% partial prepaid payment of the total order value is mandatory at the time of placing the order.
  • The remaining 90% amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Orders will be confirmed and processed only after successful receipt of the partial prepaid amount.
  • If the order is rejected or refused at the time of delivery, the 10% partial payment is non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Payments

  • Customers choosing prepaid payment must complete full payment at checkout.
  • Prepaid orders are processed faster and may be prioritized for dispatch.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders, if applicable, will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted, and PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

5. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

  • In case of a failed transaction, the deducted amount (if any) will be automatically reversed as per the bank or payment gateway timelines.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed only after successful verification as per our applicable policies.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • COD refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

7. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
