Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions under which orders can be cancelled on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the policy outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Order cancellation requests must be raised before the order is shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 10% partial prepaid payment is mandatory at the time of placing the order.
  • If a COD order is cancelled by the customer after confirmation, the 10% partial payment will not be refunded.
  • If the customer rejects or refuses the order at the time of delivery, the partial prepaid amount will be treated as cancellation charges and will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • If eligible, refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, a full refund (if payment is received) will be initiated without any additional charges.

5. Important Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
  • Partial COD payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
  • Order rejection at delivery will be treated as cancellation.
